After a long time, I have a tutorial for you again. This time, it's quick and easy, I promise :D
What we need
Texture 01 by Evey-V
Texture 02 by Evey-V
Texture 03 from Pinterest
Texture 04 by Evey-V
Coloring by William-BR / Evey-V / thousandsof-words / Paynetrain @ DeviantART
Noise Effect by @"pethron" from this tutorial
Translation List for those whose PS is not in German.
Step 01
We open a new document sized 430x210px and add Texture 01. Make sure the white spot is roughly centered. I colored the texture pink using Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation. (CTRL + u)
Step 02
We apply Texture 02 and set the layer mode to negative multiply with 62% opacity.
Step 03
Now add Texture 03, placing it so that the white rectangle is completely in the center and set the mode to "exclusion" at 100% opacity.
The flowers will turn green again. To make them pink, create a new layer and use the eyedropper tool to pick the darkest color from the flowers. Use a soft brush to paint over the green areas. Set this layer to hue (or color if needed).
Step 04
Next, we add our model. A black-and-white image with more dark areas than light works best. Place the model and set the layer to darken at 100% opacity. If the image isn't visible enough, you can duplicate the layer, set the mode back to normal, and adjust the opacity.
Step 05
Now we move on to the text. Initially, I had a large main text, but I didn't like it in the end. I decided on the retro font Times New Roman, size 8pt, with a spacing of 160. I used white, gray, or pink for the color, splitting the colors to make them readable against the background.
Step 06
Step 06 is simply applying the coloring to the image.
Step 07
Texture 04 is applied with the mode set to overlay at 65% opacity to make the image vibrant.
Step 08
If you want, you can add the noise effect from pethron. I found it fitting :)

Have fun recreating this! Feel free to play around with Topaz & Co to refine the result further :D
